Bad attitude

<p>I refuse to be treated with disrespect especially when its my hard earned cash at stake.I got to the till today and the lady decides to chat to her friend ignoring me,when she turns towards me the first word out of her mouth was "plastic".When did we start greeting people like that.I do have an attitude of mine but when it comes to customer service i forget about it.I demand an apology from that lady on :Lane 13 Merchant ***</p> <p>C0036 #0041 hope this information helps</p>
