Bad Attitude

I'm so dissapointed and angry. Two cashiers by the name of Gertrude Nkosi and Dipuno Shoku gave me a very bad attitude, when I asked them to make payment and get cash back. I literally begged Dipuno to help me and she said to me to me" I dnt have that amount you need so what do you want me to do"? And she told me to go to another till. I went, when I got there I had my simba and juice to pay them and get cash back. I was shouted by Gertrude in from of a couple because her colleague didnt tell her that I will be making payment there. I tried to explain to her that she shoudnt shout at me because I know nothing. She kept on shouting and shouting. She took out that money I asked for cash back and put down on her till without counting it with me. Management please train the 2 ladies to on how to talk to customers. I didnt like the fact that I was shouted because of a cash back.
