Bad attitude

I was in Checkers now now at Nonenssi Mall in Queenstown. I went to cashier who point blank ignored me. Took my purchases and rung them up. Second item she rung up was a carrier bag. I just stood and watched her while she ignored me and spoke to a packer. When she wanted my money I just kept looking at her then greeted her and told her that she is very rude. According to her she said hello to me???? I then asked her why she rang up plastic bag, to which she responded saying sorry. I asked her why she was not wearing a name tag, to which she answered Pamela!! I asked again where her name tag was and she said dont know. <br> <br> Was that not a very rude experience. One expects to be greeted and at least acknowledged<br> <br> Please install robots at tills, that will make the customer experience much GREATER.
