bad attitude

I went to the store this morning at 9 to buy pizza at the hot foods dept. Please note I am pregnant I was told to wait for 30 min I did with no hesitation and came back after 30 min still the pizza was not prepared I waited another hour I went back and I was given attitude by Patricia an employee present who was preparing the pizza she told me that she will take her time I must wait she was rude about the whole incident .
