Bad attitude

I am a regular customer of checkers in Matlosana mall and I have been disappointed utterly by the cleaning staff, 2 elderly ladies moping the floor without a wet floor signage and they had the nerve to tell me that if I slip and fall is not they problem, how on earth was I supposed to see that the floor is wet? is that the correct way of speaking to clients? I am shocked....
