Bad attitude

I went to Cherckers to draw money, and there was a problem with my withdrawal, money was diducted from my account however the cashier said the was a problem with the withdrawal and therefore will have to do it agian, but the money should be refunded back to me in 24hours, if not i must go back to the branch. when i went there this morning, i was assisted by one Justin Naicker, this man had no time for what i went there to do. he was dismisive and i found his behavoiur rude, as he left me standing there once he had said what he wanted to say, he told me i must speak to this other lady( who by the was on the phone assisting someone),who will tell me the same thing as him. He showed no interest in assisting me or solving my dillema.his excuse when i complianed to his manager was that, this was an admin problem and he did not know the procedure. I am very disappointed at this as i am a regular customer at that Cherkers.
