Bad Attitude

I got served by the lady named Silindile Faleni.She is the rudess cashier I ever came cross.I was paying at the till and I requested to withdraw R500 and I had already bought some staff.She decided to put everything into my card without making me aware.At the end I give her the money for the items that I bought she the tells me that she has put everything into my card.I ask her who told her to do that.She told me that its my responsibilities to ask her.I told her that it is not a proper way to say that.She kept arguing with me at the shop in front of her manager Mr Seun.We kept argueing at the shop.Mr Seun (Manager) eventually told her to keep quite.The person next to me told her that,its not a proper way to speak to the customer.She has no manners and she needs to be reminded what they are taught in training once they get a job.I'm very dissappointed and shocked with her service and the way she speaks to customers.I even wished I had recorded her!!!
