Bad attitude

On Saturday morning/ afternoon (around 12 or so)I had paid for some prawns and only realised that the price I thought they were and the one I was charged was different. The cashier was understanding and asked someone to cross check etc. To cut a long story short the supervisor who was then meant to authorise the refund was not so friendly and almost somewhat rude . I hate it when people look down upon someone , yet they are meant to treat every customer politely. And also this thing of being called mama because you are a black woman.....
