BAD AT PROMOTION

<p>My daughter was so excited about this new promotion of the mini groceries she couldn't wait to get home from school knowing I was going to checkers for our monthly groceries, I even bought some extras that so that I can try to get her the complete collection. Sadly after I paid I was told it's no longer available. I asked to speak to the manager who wasn't much help either, he informed me that "this store" cannot be held responsible for what checkers advertise. Here I was thinking it's a franchise. He also told me that they won't be getting any new stock in and this was while stocks last. The promotion barely started?? I think a fair chance should be given to everyone to collect these items. Checkers can definitely take some tips from Spar and Pick n pay about how to do run promotions on collecting items, especially when this fails kids expectations. Well done checkers for disappointing a 6 year old.</p>
