Bad assistance at Checkers Wonderpark

It is with great sadness I have to write this today as my experience with Checkers Wonderpark was no so good as my phone was ****** right out of my pocket while doing my shopping. When went to the security guard for assistance to check the security cameras so that we are able to see who exactly took my phone out of my pocket and to maybe locate the center Manger at the mall for us to atleast see the mall cameras and the see what the individual was traveling in Unfortunately the security guard at checkers told us that we won't be able to get assistance in terms of viewing the store cameras and during that time frame the individual was able to remove the sim card from my phone which made it impossible for me to contact or even locate my phone. So I am basically a matric learner without a phone so thank you Checkers Wonderpark and your security guard for your non assistance
