Bad and slow service

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your [store location, e.g. Checkers Revonia village ] 05/05/2025.

I visited the store around 17:45 and experienced an unacceptable level of service. The staff appeared unmotivated and inattentive to customers who were standing in a long queue. Despite the growing line, there was no urgency or friendliness from the team.

I eventually moved to another till in hopes of quicker service, but unfortunately, the cashier who assisted me, Nwanano, was neither welcoming nor efficient. Even though it was clear I was in a hurry, she proceeded slowly and without any customer engagement. This kind of experience is disappointing, especially when compared to the excellent service I’ve received at other Checkers branches.

As a regular customer, I expect a consistent standard of customer care, and I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to improve staff training and customer service at this store.
