Bad and Off food

Today I went into Checkers looking to buy Chicken and rolls. The rolls were so dry and stale, I decided to not take them. I then bought the full chicken from the Deli section. Get home warm it up for supper. The chicken is off and tasteless. The staff shouldn't cook if the don't want to. How do you sell off food to people.
