Bad after sales service

<p style="color: #555555;">I bought a gas form Checkers Hyper Sandton City last year in Winter. Two bars are nother working. I went to report it. I was told that it is unfortunate that they won't do anything about it bcz I don't have a slip. I understand that. But am just wondering who would still be having a slip by now? Secondly, bcz it's only Checkers that sells Platinum brand, where else would I be getting that heater if not from Checkers? </p> <p style="color: #555555;">In anyway, all I asked for their warehouse for repairs. I will take care of the cost. I was not assistEd. </p> <p style="color: #555555;">All I wanted is a heater in this season. My heater is still new. I don't have money to buy another heater.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p>
