Baby Milk wrong!

Checkers Pretoria North. For the way the manager sat behind his counter and greeted me with a disgusted head nod...thank you for making me the better person, I greeted politely. I bought the wrong baby formula and again asked politely if I can exchange it for the correct formula. The manager was being arrogant and shook his head "no". Again I asked politely if I may know why. The only words that came out of his mouth...was... COMPANY RULES Now for the next week my daughter must drink the wrong formula. Thats not a biggie. But what is major in personel and management of a company like checkers is how they make you feel as customer. Where are the days we we tought to treat people with respect or atleast greet with a smile. I dont have a choice to do my shopping at this checkers in pretoria north. Otherwise I would never spend my money there. Please teach this checkers management some manners in people skills and tewat customers with desency!!
