Baby hake not cooked well

Good day. I bought a baby hake at Checkers in Canal walk. Half way through eating the fish I saw the paste they dunk the raw fish into still wet as if they had just dipped the fish. The fish did not taste nice. I had to throw the half away because it was not well cooked and the paste was still as wet as if it was not put on fire.

This is the second encounter, the same thing happened with chicken strips which i bought from Checkers Canal Walk. The chicken stips were not well cooked and they were still red inside.

I am disappointed at a store like this.
