Awful service

I was at Checkers in Cresta Shopping center, I wanted to get lunch on the go and going to Checkers was a bad idea☹️ I specifically asked the consultant not to give me something chilli, because I have stomach ulcers and it will trigger it. But the guy clearly doesn't know his flavors or what his selling because he gave exactly what I didn't want. I went back to him and he seemed unbothered. The food was burnt as well 😏 I was just instructed to go to the front, and nothing was said.
