Awaiting refund

I have used your sixty sixty app on 2 occasions and not all items ordered were delivered but full amount was deducted from my bank account. The app states that that the money will be reversed in my account which never happens. On 5 February 2023 I went to checkers liquor store in Eastrand and a guy by the name of Kabelo said that they cannot help me, I must sort it out with sixty sixty app. Sent them an email to *** and I haven't received anything feedback from them. I need this sorted out because I don't want to be driving to the shop to buy wine, that I always get but when I order it on line it's always out off stock.
