Quality control is a thing of the past , Imagine after referring many people to buy the product you are let down week after week - now having to go back and tell them not to purchase .

What the store doesn't realize , yes we get a refund for the inferior product , but we have to sit with children who are highly disappointed seeing me throw it in the bin after they have been begging for the cake.

last week , no cream on the swiss roll and dry as hell , this week i open it and the sour stench hits me , when they are standing there waiting for a piece after being promised last week they will look into it.
