Authority to Frontline supervisor

My name Brian Neethling I'm the owner of a photography studio in Kraaifontein. Everyday after the photo shoots my staff pays in the funds at Shop rite and sends the M181 number and Pin to me. I in turn collect the funds at Checkers cape gate mall and deposit at FNB cape gate on daily basis. Nearly everyday I have to wait for 5 to 10min for cashier to get hold of store manager or department manager to come and authorize the payment. I have been complaining about this but it seems it's falling on deaf ears. I even suggested that the Frontline supervisors be given the authority to authorize the payouts as they are on the shop floor the entire time.... Please Help..... Frustrated Customer
