Attitude from kgomotso a controller

on Saturday round about 12h30 i was at checkers in Gezina Galaries where one of the tellers tilled bread twice we have to wait more than twenty minutes so that the controller can void the item when s he reached us she said do you have a problem how can you ask a client that whereas, you took yr time instant apologizing. when i left the shop i told her that im going to report this. she said go ahead. while i was busy going out she started gossiping/ insulting she called me a thing with shoulders(meaning selonyana sa mahetla) in our language not being aware that my wife she is behind her. my question how can you put somebody like that as a face of Checkers with that attitude. this is not for the first time she did something like this. this time i have to reprimanded her what is customer service. Kgomotso you have a bad attitude you do,nt deserve to be a physical controller or to be the face of Checkers your attitude stings.
