Attempted *******

On the 26 October you had a attempted ******* at your st johns branch!I have sent a email to your complaints department in regards to how your staff handled the whole situation,no training whatsoever on how to make your customers feels safe!We were not even told what happened or if it was safe to come out ;when we did there was another panic and everyone started running and screaming!My 8 year old daughter and my 4 year old daughter was with me!My oldest daughter is currently in counceling because of your shop!No excuse or apology or even what happened,ypu dont care about your customers!I cant even go to a shop anymore because of how everything was handled!I dont think I will ever get a apology for what happened as my complaint was sent on the night it happened,still no reply!Just for future reference train your staff and management to atleast care more about the people that buys from you every day.My child will never by the same again!
