Arrogant manager Checkers Newcastle

Checkers at Amajuba Mall Newcastle needs to seriously train there managers on customer service. The manger Nishi certainly needs to learn how to speak to customers, I was highly embarrassed by her attitude and loud tone, whereby I had to 3 times remind her to lower her tone, which she rep**** I'm naturally a loud person.
