Arrogant Manager

Bad Service.

My wife and I recently visited N1 Checkers. We wanted to purchase an item listed on the HEYDAYS specials catalogue. We kindly explained that we have been to different Checkers stores already and no stock was available. The Branch Manager Mr Francois, whos attitude seemed already annoyed, shoved us off and not even willing to listening to our story of being around to different stores, told us (in an condescending manner) to go ask for "'rain check'' at the customer desk. This to me reflects that many customers have probably enquired about the same item already. I'm sure Mr Francois can learn a thing or two about customer service...previously we asked a Manger at your Tyger Valley store regarding a special...fair enough there was no stock available....however the Manager made a special effort to source the stock.. even going the extra mile to have it delivered to our house without charge was amazing...best service we received but more so...what we expect from Checkers being loyal customers for over 30 years! I think Mr Francios can learn a thing or two about customer service...I can only imagine how many customers are turned away just from his attitude towards customers. I'm not one to complain but after my experience with the Branch Manager Mr Francios I'm sorry to say I would never put my foot again in "'his store''.
