Arrogant lying manager

This applies to the Bluff Checkers. I went on last week Sunday. The horrible, arrogant, brainless 60/60 guy was so rude to me. He swore me in front of all the people. I asked for his name. He refused and swore me again. He also said I could complain to the manager. He doesn't care. I am a pensioner. I went to the manager. He tried to pretend to be helpful. But he actually condones this rude ill treatment of his clients. I am sure that this complaint will NEVER be handled because Checkers is very uncaring. The manager said he will deal with it and call me the following day. What an evil man. He **** through his teeth. Neither did I get a call, nor an apology. It looks like they all enjoy illtreating older people. I am sorry. I may NEVER go back to this store as if I go I know an imbecilic rude 60/60 worker will run his trolly into my legs, insult me and get away with it. I am almost 100% sure that nothing will come of this complaint all all Bluff Checkers Managers are indifferent, rude and uncaring.
