ARROGANT CHECKERS MANAGER

Highly disappointed by the poor and unprofessional service I got at Checkers today have never been treated like this my whole life as if I'm a *****.So I was doing shopping and took a bag from their shelfs of bags to buy,only to find out when I got to their tills to pay for the bag that the bag is not their product according to them and then the cashier took the Bag to their so cold"Manager" and left me hanging there not even getting an Apology that its a mistake the bag can't be sold or whatever their Story is with the bag nothing even the Manager doesn't give me feedback as a customer.I had to follow him and ask what's happening with the bag because I found it in the store not even lying around but packed with other bags with a price tag as their product.Im.even ashamed myself of the response I got from Ali Bandera(Manager),The guy told me the Bag has got NOTHING to do with ME!!!I should just leave the store and go to Jet to buy the bag.I didn't expert that from a Manager a person who's trained to deal with customers can be so unprofessional and behave as if his running a Tuckshop.I won't allow such treatment because someone didn't do their job,because if their job was done accordingly someone would have notice that others stores brand was being displayed in their STORE.

A simple Apology was all I wanted from the guy,because mistakes do happen and their also human they can't be always perfect but with the rude answer I got from him treating me as I was *****ing the BAG.But with the behavior that I got I WANT that bag as it was displayed in their store in their shelfs with a price tag meaning its sold by them after all a big company as checkers is can't be displaying products they don't sell.
