Arrogant baker

Well this is very disappointing!!! This is the second time i have an problem with Klerksdorp Flamwood Checkers Bakery. Im a regularly customer thats buying here for years. The last time they forgot to make my daugthers birthday cake, now this time i wanted to buy 35 doughnuts for our shop what we decided on last minute. They have about 50 doughnuts. The same lady that helped me the last time and forgot my order the last time told me we cant have 35 because we had to order. Since when do i have to order if they have the stock? She got arrogant with me and said "this is how it works in the business world" clearly she doesnt know!!! Since when do you make doughnut not to sell them??? Its time the owners know what type of people are working for them and how the clients get treated.
