Arrogant

I would like for checkers grey owl midstream to be aware of the cold behaviour that some of their staff have. It’s Tuesday the 30th April and I feel like baking, I go buy my ingredients at checkers. I get to the till this lady is wiping her station and there’s no customer. I am thinking let me use it since it is free. What a wow, the look she gave me. I ignored it and greeted her. She kept quiet. Fine i don’t mind her, I start offloading my trolley and then she says hello, do you want a plastic. I said yes and waited for her to start scanning my goods. Her name is Rachel Seepe at 12:38. I must say I got very disappointed to be give such a cold treatment while I did nothing. Was a wrong to pay at a quiet till. Is this acceptable behaviour that customers are subjected to.
