Arrogance

I went to checkers hyper liquor in vanderbijlpark in frikkie Meyer to buy my favorite beverages,a controller by the name of Letshego needs to be taught what customer relations managent.

I was 2nd on the queue,the guy who was in front of me was of different race.he was friendly with him & when it was my turn he went like swipe your card,I greeted him 1st and he wen t on to say swipe your card.greeted him th 2nd time & told him how disappointed I was and he laughed that I had to greed him on so many times and he kept ignoring me

I made him aware that he was not doing me a favor he kept on smiling, I had to tell him that I was gonna write a review & i asked for his name.

To show his childish he responded by saying my name is pointing at his tag Let-she-go.

What an unprofessional employee thinking he is doing customers a favor.
