Arcon park checkers hyper service was very poor

Thursday 26.03.2020 around 5:42 went to checkers hyper to buy cough syrup from the checkers pharmacy, i paid and place my cough syrup in the basket trolley went to grocery side to grab some of staff, due to long que and was not feeling well i didnt pay so i left, the following day i realised i left my cough med in the trolley i called and spoke to David Tshabalala one of managers, told him what happened and he said nothing came forward to them so he advised me to come to the store so that they can see from the footage and promised to get back to me the following day which didn't happen. I called on Saturday and spoke to chris van der merve one of the manager available, explained to him and he asked me to call back in 15min time and i did, therefore he told me they cant see anything from the footage. Felt like the shop did not do enough to help me
