Apparently honest Checkers staff

I went shopping at Checkers in Fairland Walk on 21 February 2021. At 18h36 I paid for my items, including a Beacon Hazelnut 80g chocolate slab. I placed shopping bags in my boot and returned home. I unpacked everything only to find that the Beacon slab was not in any of the bags. I searched for it everywhere, including in my car and my freezer. So I assume that the old trick of pretending to pack everything in the customer's bag, while not actually doing so, is alive and well. Thank you Checkers and your honest staff.
