Appalling Services in Bakery section

If i only knew that getting help in the bakery section its such a mission at checkers. especially in the morning, theres a lady that was busy packing and just looked at me like im crazy even when i shouted for help she continued with her work and ignored me, she only came to help after few minutes with a very bad attitude. As a frequent shopper I believe that service and respect work hand in hand. I have never in life received such horrible service. To me, this shows no value in customer needs and I would like this to be addressed so that other loyal shoppers do not have the same experience.

The reason that I choose Checkers is because of its convenience and certainly not anything else. This is now forcing me to look for an alternate retailer which wont be at my convenience. Due to my frustration I did not report this in-store however I would like this to be escalated and dealt with properly. There are a few suggestions that I have:-

Please look at your recruiting process. Engage with your staff regularly and see if their bad service is due to being overworked. Lastly, soft s****s training is required as an ongoing process.

My expectation from this complaint is to address and find a resolution to this problem for non service delivery. Checkers need to find a way forward by maybe employing more staff.
