Appalling service from Sito Mathebula CHECKERS CHARTWELL CORNER

I was so disgusted by the poor service rendered by the cashier Sito, and manager Zama who later removed her name tag but it was too late cause I had already seen her name. None of them apologized for the cashiers appalling behavior. The manager didn’t even greet us at all to acknowledge our presence. The cashier kept addressing me in a language that is foreign to me. I just couldn’t comprehend and worse off she continued, disregarding that I have no idea what she was saying. I had to ask her to scan the remaining items whilst she was waiting for God knows what cause she didn’t bother telling us what the wait was for. Instead she had her arms folded, and was speaking amongst her colleagues. You can even pull out the footage between 18:30-18:45 to see her body language. She was shrugging her shoulders and spoke with so much attitude! I’ve been in the service industry well over a decade and I was definitely not treated fairly today‼️ No TCF whatsoever.

We order on sixty60 for that very reason, less dissatisfaction. I utterly dislike poor service ‼️
