Appalling Service - Checkers Sixty Sixty

Order number: ***A- I had a very unpleasant experience with Checkers Sixty Sixty when my order was delivered. The driver arrived at my complex, playing loud music in his car, passed my bags to me with a lit cigarette between his fingers, mentioned that he has delivered orders to my house before and was previously assisted by a "fat girl". I was appalled by this his behavior and derogatory comments. I am a single mom of 2 girls and naturally he was referring to my daughter. I am extremely offended by this behavior and feel insulted that he body shamed my child. I called the Checkers Sixty Sixty call center a few times to find out how this was going to be addressed, the feedback I received was that its being dealt with internally. I requested that someone in management contact me. To date I have received no call or any form of communication in this regard or an apology of some sort. This sort of behavior and utter disrespect is unacceptable and should not be watered down or tolerated by any means in today's society!
