Appalling service!

<p>I'm in total disgust right now at the service I'm receiving from checker hyper at BT Ngebs in Mthatha. They have 24 tills yet only 3 are opened. I just walked over and asked the manager why because the queues are extremely looong. She arrogantly rep**** that her staff was on lunch and that I should just be patient because they'll come back eventually. Really? So I must waste my precious time standing in a queue for 30 minutes? No apology even for her workforce management s****s which leave very little to be desired? No, I can't be treated this way when I'm spending MY money here!</p>
