Appalling service

Dear Checkers management

Please advise if asking for cashback from Checkers Westdene is a burden and rather STOP the service.I understand clearly that checkers is NOT a bank but you introduced the cash back service to your consumers.

I went to Checkers in Westdene Bloemfontein at around 10am on 31/07/2018...I asked for cashback and was told ALL the tills didn't have R500 as apparently ALL the cashiers just started...Funny enough the store opens at 7:30am and normally if you go early they say IT'S TOO EARLY TO GIVE YOU MONEY....I am truly appalled by the service especially after I saw the money in one of the cash registers when they assisted a client in front of me...I shop at this checkers regularly as my office is a walking distance away and a lot of people are also having problems with checkers giving us cash back AND NOT JUST at my company...AS FOR ME THIS WAS ABOUT THE 4TH TIME IN 2018 I HAVE HAD SUCH AN INCIDENT HENCE MY EMAIL.

Therefore if this branch's cashier and it's management does not wish to provide this service kindly cancel and not treat us like we asking money from your own pockets.One old lady just looked at me and as i greeted her all she said was "I DON'T HAVE MONEY" with an attitude.

All three managers were just standing there and all they could say was "ALL THE CASHIERS JUST STARTED" so you want to tell me all westdene cashiers starts at 10am and are given no money for change.
