Appalling service

I went to checkers hyper shallcross and did my shopping, I purchased gift wrap and when I got to the till the price was incorrect, I advised the cashier and she brought the price as per the place I have found the gift wrap. She called for a supervisor who said it doesn't look right, even though it was, I had already waited 5minutes for this to be corrected and the supervisor said she needs to confirm all of this and I have to wait yet again. I asked for the manager and when I advised her, not sure of her name however she is the admin manager, she was so rude to me and asked which till is the stuff kept and which lady did u ask for the price. I told her where I was and she said well she is very busy with someone else, bear in mind she was standing on her own when I asked for her help, she screamed at me so loudly saying that she is busy and I must wait for her if I wanted help and all the other shoppers looked at me, I was so embarrassed. Their prices are incorrect and it is my problem. I walked away and she goes to another cashier and says what does she. Being me expect me to do if I am busy. She was arrogant and lack customer skills and did not care that I left the store.<br>
