Appalling Checkers

Checkers Irene Link duplicated the swipe transaction on the 15.11.2024, they took twice. the amount of the sale from the bank account. To date they have not returned the money, no process, no plan its back and forth emails with the store manager, whom keeps on say we must check if the money has not been returned. Checkers this is a very bad reflection of yourself to the customers that trust you. How do you unduly hold on to a customer money for so long without returning it. It's appalling to say the least. At this point we are not interested in your apology, you just need to refund the money urgently.
