Appaling attitude

I once again have been treated in a disdainful manner at Checkers in the Windermere Centre in Durban. I arrived at the till and greeted the lady at the till but hardly received a greeting in return. Her face was a shade better than death she said nothing throughout the time she dealt with my purchase. She leaned on her elbow as she shunted the items through the scanner and then placed the docket in front of me with a pen as if to say 'sign here'. I left disappointed to say the least. I would shop at Woolworths downstairs if were not for the variety of items I required and were in the Checkers store. I am tired of this behaviour and try not to shop at this outlet.
