Annoyed by cashier Lorraine at lakeside mall

I have never been so annoyed at checkers lakeside mall,there i was been on a queue for the past 10 minutes, unfortunately I didn't see we standing on an express till fine my mistake,but there was no time to check that as we were just joining the long queue,as we get to the cashier she tells us she is only going to scan 10 items because its express till and iam like it's fine there's 2 of us,you can scan 10 each but it doesn't mean if there's few extra you not going to scan it and she said she is not,its not her fault that we didn't check if its express till and I got so ****ed of that she wanted us to start the queue from scratch and I told her iam going to call the manager and she said she didn't give a **** she is not scared of anyone,and the argument got heated as she was busy fighting with me telling she doesn't care if I call the manager or not but bottom line she is not scanning. I took my phone started recording the whole incident and she tried grabbing my phone and we had a serious fight,she only stopped yelling only when I started video rising her then she kept quiet. But Really who gets to fight with the customers? Or is it how they get their training that you must just deal with them and don't take their nonsense. The lady that iam talking is cashier Lorraine,pls teach her how to treat customers because she is so rude.
