Annoyed

Today I went to withdraw money from my intermali card only for the cashier to tell me there's no money people swipe and don't use cash meanwhile there is money and she left the till with me still standing there unattended, why is it a problem for checkers cashiers to just give us money and pick n pay cashiers actually ask you how much you want without any hassles.
