angry lady

Was at the store earlier this morning, a lady shouted in one of the ques and in the que where I was standing there was a manager assisting at that till. She showed the customer to come to come to my que to help her because the lady went on and on. The manager was upset, you could see it in her face, but stayed calm. The man infront of me told the manager to help this lady first. I felt bed for the manager Liza as she only tried to do her job. Eventually the lady left and she told the manager **** you!! I was shocked to hear how some people speak to perfect strangers. No pride in themselves. Good job Liza.
