Angry and upset with Checkers in South Coast mall

Today I went to checkers in South Coast mall to exchange my macro wave because it not working any more. When I bought the macro wave on the 18/03/2023 I did ask the cashier what is the guarantee for this macro wave she told me it two year guarantee so I bought the macro wave since I had that it two years guaranteed. Before I left the house I did check the slip to see the guarantee and the date I even checked the box the is no guarantee what so ever on the slip and the box. I drove on the way from Mtwalume to South Coast mall hoping the will give me another macro wave since I was told that it 2 years guaranteed. The manager Mr Mqadi he refused he call the Chai her, cashier denied ever thing and turn around walled away, then Mr Mqadi kept me waiting for - 30min while he was busy reading the menu to see the guaranty then he told me he can not see any thing so they won't be able to give another one. What makes me confused and angry about this story I did ask the cashier before I bought the macro wave she told me it 2 year guaranty maybe she made mistake or I never heard properly I don't. Now I look like I am the bad one who is lying about the whole story. No two the is no guarantee on the slip and out the box like other shops atleast it will be much better if the cashier wrote on the slip but she just told me face to face. Another thing that irritated me the most the manger believes the cashier more the me "she will never lying about this" so I am the bad now.
