Amazing Service

I needed a sandwich platter for a school function on Tuesday night. So, over the weekend I googled "sandwich platters in Durbanville" and Checkers popped up first. I went onto the site, looked at all the options and, without having to register on the site, ordered a sandwich platter to be collected at Checkers Durbanville on Tuesday at 5pm. I immediately received a confirmation e-mail. Being weiry, we all know what service is generally like, I phoned Checkers yesterday morning. The lady that helped me confirmed with the Deli and told me they know about me, my platter will be ready by 5pm. I stopped at Checkers in Durbanville on my way home, went to the Deli, told the lady that assisted me I had ordered a platter online. She did not hesitate at all, went to fetch the platter, printed a price, but didn't stick it on the platter because she assumed it was for a function and I wouldn't want the price on the item. What brilliant service! Amazing! No problems whatsoever! Thank you Checkers for offering a wonderful service, that works perfectly. You make life so easy for us working Moms......appreciated!
