Amazing follow up and service received on price query.

After getting home from a shopping trip on Saturday, I went through my till slips and noticed that a special advertised on the shelf had not been passed. I contacted the Customer services centre through my Checkers login and they followed up and called me advise they would escalate this. Today Tuesday, I received a call from the branch apologising for the oversight and asking me to please come to their branch and they will gladly refund me the discount not passed. I had barely finished my call with them when the customer services agent contacted me to ascertain if I had been assisted. This is absolutely amazing service I am truly so surprised and truly want to thank Checkers for this service - its honestly and truly appreciated!
