Almost died of checkers bread

Bought two loaves of bread at checkers in Durban North. When I was eating the bread I found some tiny metals in it and I almost chocked. If not that I spit out it out I wouldn't have known there was metal in it. Honestly this is becoming a constant nuisance, there's always something with Checkers! And when you go there and complain they play dumb. Maybe it's time to sue!
