ALL ROUND CATASTROPHE # WIN

On 15th August 2021 a quick morning shop at Checkers Eco Park Boullevard resulted in a catastrophe. My Husband of 70 was rammed head on with a trolley so hard that he fell over, another shopper came to supposedly assist him to get up, and in so doing stole his cell phone. Both assailants made their way out the shop and not one of the staff in Checkers came to his aid. Firstly would the employee that stands with the sanitizer bottle at the front of the store as one enters, not have been trained to be vigilant enough to notice people who walk into a shop and walk out without any packets ?? granted not all do a big shop, but during these trying times the world is facing, one would think security in a well known branded shop like Checkers would have stepped up security, especially given the fact that that the Branch Manager Nadia Pretorius told my husband that his was the 5th incident in the shop in one week. So # win, after all the shock, and my husbands traumatic experience I only managed to get in contact with the store on Tuesday 17th August 2021 to see if I could view the footage on camera, only to be told that Nadia Pretorius no longer works at the store since Monday 16th August 2021. Did Nadia not show any empathy as she knew she would no longer be working at that branch, or is it a consensus that Checkers do not care about their Patrons ??
