AKWARD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Now that we have to stand in longer queus than ever before AND practicing social distance, Checkers Lephalale seems not to understand this consept. When I visited them on Saturday, 31 October 2020, the queus were serviced by only five tills. Floor managers were just lounging around, not generating any effort to open up more tills, thus resulting in the queus getting longer and customers getting even hotter under the collar. I'm anyway not a big fan of Checkers and only go there if I really have to
