Airtime slip does not print, sorry customers problem

I bought R110 airtime with a few things from Checkers Bardene, when i got home i noticed that i have 2 slips, one eft, one of the goods purchased, no airtime voucher. I then phoned the Checkers to ask them to give me the voucher number over the phone. I was told by Darryl Brown , sorry no can do and this is a problem. So that's it. My R110 gone, you cant reprint a voucher nothing?????
