Aggravated angry disappointed enraged

Wanting to purchase an item where no stock on shelves. No one to find on the floor to assist. Went to queue for a rain check this took almost 20min. I get to the till and they tell me they must first check if there is stock. No problem with this but why are there replenishers? I ask the store manager and she says the same . My question is why are the isles and items not being replenished if the rule is you can get a rain check if there is no stock on the shelf why must we still wait for ages for the store to 1st go check? Who's not doing their job?
