Agent not paid!

I've been an agent (Agent 5, DUDUZILE MADLALA) for Checkers for 10 years and each year i sell stamps in return for a comission that i get each December usually around the 9th of December. However, this year i have still not been paid and its the 21st of December. At first the head office said that my account number was wrong but i fail to understand how because I've used the same account for 10years. When i call the head office (with assistance from the staff at the Ladysmith branch) they tell me that the person who is supposed to authorise the payment is on leave. How unprofessional! I'm very unhappy about the service I'm receiving as an agent.
